    On June 22, Huahong Technology's Human Resources Department organized a staff symposium themed "New Me, New Voice, New Future." He outlined the company's development strategy and annual objectives: having established itself as an industry benchmark since its listing in 2011, Huahong Technology has developed a strategic framework that integrates multiple business segments—including renewable resource equipment, high-end manufacturing of elevator components, comprehensive utilization of rare earth resources, rare earth magnetic materials, end-of-life vehicle dismantling, and scrap steel operations. This year, the company is advancing toward even more ambitious goals while intensifying efforts in key areas such as institutional reform, technological innovation, digital transformation, global market expansion, and talent development. Achieving these objectives hinges on the sustained dedication of the younger generation. He encouraged young employees to value their opportunities, take proactive initiatives, shed student-oriented mindsets during career transitions, maintain initiative and confidence in practical roles, and integrate personal growth into the company's developmental trajectory.

When discussing the "new self," they detailed their personal transformations since joining the company; regarding the "new voice," they offered practical suggestions based on their respective roles, covering areas such as market responsiveness, customer service, technological breakthroughs, production efficiency improvement, cross-departmental collaboration, and internal mechanisms; when envisioning the "new future," they closely linked their personal growth to the company's vision and expressed expectations concerning training resources, career development platforms, and institutional safeguards. Their words conveyed a genuine commitment to being rooted in Huahong and moving forward together into the future.

03 Words of Guidance from Senior Colleagues: Transform "doing something" into "doing it well".

    Group Vice President Chen Fangming, along with heads of various centers and subsidiaries, delivered inspiring messages on personal growth. Drawing from their own career experiences, they urged employees to embrace lifelong learning, maintain a pragmatic approach, and courageously overcome challenges; they encouraged them to boldly express ideas and pursue innovative breakthroughs. The company will continue to provide employees with a robust platform for pursuing careers and showcasing their talents.

    In her concluding speech, Chairperson Hu Pinxian, starting from the fundamental mission of managers, emphasized the importance of understanding employee characteristics and effectively allocating human resources. She outlined three expectations for her staff:

    Regarding the various suggestions raised by employees, President Zhu Dayong responded on-site, stating that the company would review each proposal in detail and implement them comprehensively to ensure all reasonable requests are addressed with concrete actions. The Human Resources Department will subsequently take the lead in compiling a detailed list, assigning clear responsibilities, and driving improvements.

04 Time Capsule: A container preserving hopes for a year

    Following the exchange session, a heartfelt writing event titled "A Time-bound Appointment: Letters of Dreams" was held. Each young employee penned a letter to themselves in one year's time, preserving their aspirations and commitments. Company leaders then distributed books to employees in batches, conveying high expectations through literature and capturing moments of collective dedication with photographs.
