2、Production Safety Management

Production safety management is aimed at preventing and reducing accidents in the production process, safeguarding the safety and health of employees, protecting the property of the enterprise and promoting the smooth progress of production through a series of planning, organizing, coordinating and controlling activities.

Risk assessment and hidden danger investigation are carried out for all hazards, sources of danger and accidents to avoid the occurrence of accidents. This includes the establishment of a sound safety management system and processes, and clarifying the responsibilities of managers and employees at all levels of production safety.

3. Safety Guidelines for Practitioners and General Operations

Practitioners should be clear about their responsibilities and duties in work safety. Study with an open mind, master the skills and accept the education of work safety seriously. Familiarize themselves with the safety rules and regulations and operation procedures of the workplace and strictly abide by them. Safety color indicates the color of safety information. Often used as a sign set up to enhance safety and prevent accidents. It is mainly divided into four types: red, yellow, blue and green.

Red: Indicates prohibition and stop, and is used for prohibition signs, stop signals, and emergency brake handles on vehicles.

Blue: Indicates instructions, regulations that must be followed, and is generally used for instruction signs.

Yellow: Indicates warning, attention, used for warning warning signs, the center line of the traffic lane, and so on.

Green: indicates that the tip of the security state, access, used to prompt signs, pedestrian and vehicular traffic signs, etc..
