2022/8/1 Army Building Day

The August 1 Uprising in 1927 fired the first shot of armed resistance against the Kuomintang reactionaries. It announced the beginning of the Communist Party of China's independent leadership of the revolutionary armed forces and the creation of a revolutionary army. Therefore, August 1 is designated as the Army Day of the Chinese People's Liberation Army.

Today is the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Chinese People's Liberation Army.
