On July 12, 2019, the Jiangyin City Science and Technology Bureau organized and held the acceptance meeting of the special fund project "R & D and Industrialization of Large and High-efficiency Scrap Shearing Lines" undertaken by Jiangsu Huahong Technology Co., Ltd.

The meeting was presided over by Wang Lijun, Jiangyin City Science and Technology Bureau. Jiangyin City Science and Technology Bureau, Zhouzhuang Town Economic Development Bureau, Huahong Group Technology Innovation Department, Huahong Technology R & D Department, etc.

        The expert committee is composed of Professor Dai Guohong of Changzhou University, Professor He Yaqun of China University of Mining and Technology, Professor Ye Wenhua of Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Senior Engineer Xu Hong of Faer Shenghongsheng Group Co., Ltd. and Liu Xiaoyun, a certified accountant of Wuxi Hengyuan Certified Public Accountants.

        The acceptance meeting was first undertaken by the project undertaking unit Hua Hong Technology Deputy General Manager Huang Nansheng expressed welcome and gratitude to the experts and briefed the project, and the deputy minister of the Ministry of Technology Fu Jie completed the project ’s technical and economic indicators. The implementation of the project is as follows:

1. Project technical indicators: research and development of fully automatic steel plate shearing line technology, double-box rapid switching technology, and upper shear knife rapid return technology, greatly improving work efficiency, shearing frequency of 4 times / min, maximum processing capacity Up to 78,000 tons / year, the maximum shear force is 1,350 tons; based on the Internet of Things technology, the product intelligent operation and maintenance technology has been developed to achieve the full life cycle management of the target product.

2. Economic indicators of industrialization of the project: During the project implementation period, the project newly increased investment of 8.126 million yuan, of which the city allocated 1 million yuan. The project completed the construction of the plant and the purchase of production equipment, forming an annual production capacity of 12 sets of complete equipment . As of May 2019, the cumulative sales of 29 sets of target products, the actual sales income of 57.831 million yuan.

3. Project achievement index: 1 invention patent was authorized during the project period, 2 invention patents were applied for, 1 utility model patent, 1 enterprise standard was formulated, and 2 papers were published.

       The acceptance expert committee listened to the project implementation report and reviewed the relevant acceptance materials. After questioning and discussion, it was agreed that the technical and economic indicators of the project have been exceeded, there is evidence to check, and the acceptance data specifications are in line with the acceptance requirements, and the project is approved to pass the acceptance.

       The Municipal Science and Technology Bureau and the Town Economic Development Bureau both expressed their appreciation for Huahong's R & D capabilities and R & D investment, and hoped that the company would further integrate new product R & D, consolidate its technological achievements, and achieve greater results.
