To systematically summarize the achievements of standardization work in 2025 and clarify new directions for industrial development, the "Huahong Technology Rare Earth Business Unit Standardization Period-end Summary Meeting" was successfully held at Xintai Technology. Attendees included heads of all primary departments within the unit, key staff members, the audit team, and members of the Standards Affairs Office. Focusing on the theme of "summarizing, sharing insights, and enhancing standards," participants jointly explored a new roadmap for standardization development.

Global Review: Defining the Annual "Standard Profile" for Business Operations
At the beginning of the meeting, Ms.Yao Li, Head of Standardization Work and Deputy General Manager as well as Chief Financial Officer of the Rare Earth Business Unit, delivered an annual results report. She systematically summarized the achievements across five key areas: overall review, outcome presentation, insights and reflections, problem analysis, and future plans. Throughout the year, 147 processes were revised or established; 198 forms and tables were developed; 96 process documents were updated or created; and 51 management procedures were revised or implemented. Additionally, over twenty training sessions, coaching sessions, and audits were conducted both within and outside the organization. A cross-departmental coordination mechanism was established to address numerous historical collaboration challenges, thereby defining a clear direction for advancing standardization efforts toward greater systematization, refinement, and value creation.

Multidimensional Expression: Departmental Achievements Demonstrate the Power of Standards
Focusing on the theme of "standardization achievements," various departments delivered specialized presentations in sequence, providing a comprehensive overview of standardization efforts—from establishing document frameworks and managing implementation timelines to implementing control measures, conducting experience reviews, and formulating future plans. This fully demonstrates the core value of standardization: laying solid foundations through systematic approaches and enhancing efficiency through rigorous execution, thereby providing robust support for management standardization and business quality improvement.

Benchmarking for Empowerment: Sharing experiences fuels innovation momentum
During the "Outstanding Practice Sharing" session, Liu Mingqing, General Manager of Jishui Jincheng New Materials—a wholly-owned subsidiary of Xintai Technology—emphasized the strategic importance of standardization as both a core competitive advantage and a "development engine" for enterprises. He pledged proactive commitment and full collaboration to advance all standardization initiatives, and sincerely invited peer organizations to visit for exchanges and on-site observations. By benchmarking best practices, he urged shared learning to strengthen the foundation of standardization development and achieve collective progress.

Motivating Progress: Honoring Outstanding Individuals and Setting Examples
During the "Honoring and Award Ceremony," division management presented trophies and certificates to "Outstanding Individuals in Standardization Implementation" and "Outstanding Units" in turn. This recognition not only honors exemplary individuals but also sends a clear message to all employees: "Take role models as mirrors and strive to emulate the best," further strengthening the shared commitment to valuing and implementing standards.

Strategic Planning at the Highest Level: The General Manager Maps Out the Future Blueprint
At the conclusion of the meeting, Liu Weihua, General Manager of the Business Division, delivered a concluding speech. He emphasized that senior management must elevate standardization efforts to a strategic priority and fully recognize their decisive impact on the organization's long-term development. Mr.Liu highlighted that the core of standardization lies in "simplifying complex tasks," with its value manifesting in three aspects: ensuring consistent execution, transforming fragmented experiences into a shared organizational language, and establishing a fundamental pathway for building core competitiveness. Looking ahead, he advocated that standardization should become "inherent to the organization's DNA": requiring leadership commitment from top management, widespread acceptance and strict adherence by middle management to turn standards into daily operational norms, and fostering continuous improvement as an organizational ethos to sustain standards' vitality through ongoing refinement. For 2026, he outlined a dual strategy combining performance-driven incentives and cultural integration to cultivate an environment where "all employees prioritize standards and all processes adhere to them." He also encouraged frontline teams to contribute innovative practices that enhance standards, enabling them to "come alive and evolve dynamically" as the foundational driver of high-quality business division development.

This conference serves not only as an annual review session for standardization efforts but also as a call to action for industrial upgrading. The Rare Earth Division of Huahong Technology will take standards as its foundation, continuously deepen optimization across the entire value chain, and amplify the influence of "Xintai Standards" amidst the wave of high-quality development in the rare earth industry.
