To thoroughly implement the safety production directives from provincial, municipal, and township authorities, strengthen enterprises' primary responsibility for safety, and advance the "grid-based, professional, digital, all-staff, physical, and manualized" safety production framework, Huahong Technology convened a promotion meeting on March 25. President Zhu Dayong delivered a mobilization speech, while Zhou Renkai from the Town Work Safety Supervision Office provided on-site guidance. Business Unit General Manager Hu Pinlong also attended and addressed the meeting. Participants included heads of all departments and production workshops, the entire Safety Management Department staff, and frontline employee representatives.
In his mobilization speech, President Zhu Dayong emphasized that workplace safety is the lifeline for an enterprise's survival and development, and a fundamental principle and red line that must be strictly upheld.

The company currently faces heavy production and operational tasks, with safety risks arising from numerous sources across various areas. All employees must further enhance their awareness, resolutely overcome complacency and a lucky mentality, and, with high political, ideological, and practical commitment, ensure that all safety production initiatives are implemented rigorously and effectively. He emphasized that the company should seize this "Six Modernizations" initiative as a key opportunity to comprehensively improve the standardization and regulation of safety management, strengthen safety responsibilities at every level—ensuring accountability is assigned to individuals, duties are clearly defined for each position, and measures are fully implemented—to promote sustained stability and improvement in the company's safety performance.

Subsequently, Pan Zhengqing, Director of the Company's Safety Management Department, conducted a specialized training session focusing on key topics including the current safety production landscape, typical accident cases, risk identification and control, hazard investigation and remediation, and emergency response. He provided a detailed explanation of the specific tasks involved in implementing the "Six Modernizations" initiative. The meeting also emphasized arrangements for five-minute pre-shift and post-shift safety briefings. Director Pan required all workshops and work teams to strictly adhere to the requirements for pre-shift safety reminders, in-shift safety monitoring, and post-shift safety reviews, integrating safety education into daily operations and ensuring its consistent implementation to effectively enhance overall safety awareness and operational standardization among all staff.

In his speech at the meeting, Hu Pinlong, General Manager of the Business Unit, emphasized the need to strengthen the ideological foundation for full staff participation in the "Six Modernizations" initiative, enhance employees 'proactive commitment, and drive a profound shift in the company's safety philosophy from "safety imposed on me" to "I can ensure safety." The company must fully implement one-page operation procedure cards, risk notification cards, and emergency response cards for every position, achieving comprehensive coverage of all roles, visualized processes, and standardized operations, enabling each employee to understand risks, follow procedures, and handle incidents effectively. Additionally, continuous safety education and training should be intensified, integrating the requirements of the "Six Modernizations" into every stage of production, thereby fostering an environment where everyone prioritizes, manages, and adheres to safety measures—a solid foundation for advancing the company's safety initiatives thoroughly and effectively.

In his supervisory speech, Zhou Renkai of the Zhen 'an Work Safety Supervision Office highly commended Huahong Technology for its achievements in workplace safety and ecological protection in recent years, and praised the company's efforts in implementing safety responsibilities, enhancing on-site management, and addressing potential hazards. He emphasized that enterprises must strictly fulfill their primary responsibility for workplace safety, consolidate existing achievements, and continuously improve their intrinsic safety standards by leveraging the "Six Modernizations" initiative as a key driver. Three critical areas were highlighted: first, rigorous safety training for new employees to ensure they are qualified before assuming positions; second, comprehensive annual safety training programs covering all staff to enhance their skills; third, regular emergency drills to refine response plans and strengthen practical operational capabilities, thereby improving the company's overall emergency handling capacity.
